TALA Ontwikkeling b.v. is founded in 2021 by Patrick Tammes and Dave Lam. They have merged and joined their experience, expertise, network philosophies and strenght into TaLa to serve the needs of our clients even better. Both are great fan of a down-to-earth approach and keeping things simple, clear and managable for their customers.

Of course we develop commercial real estate! We plan, build, market, create values ​​and - do the whole thing a little differently than others. Our real estate work processes are proven - we are not a start-up, we have been active in the Netherlands & Germany for over 20 years.
