TaLa ontwikkeling b.v. is a commercial real estate expert specializing in all phases of project management.

 

From the initial concept and planning stages, through construction and delivering a turn key real estate property for rental. TaLa ontwikkeling b.v. ensures each project is completed on time and within budget.

We invest time in our potential customers by firstly visit them at their current facility so we have an understanding of where we start from. When there is a mutual good feeling we take it to the concept phase where we listen to all the wishes and needs and put that on paper. From a concept we take it to the optimizing phase.

The next step is to quote a market value rental contract. When the customer is satisfied we take it to the construction and planning phase. We monitor the budget and timeline closely to get to the last phase without delay and deliver a beautiful new building.
