We have closed the deal! Last week we have signed all paperwork at the notary and can start by enfolding our plans for this 70.000 m2 GI industrial area.

Being close to industrial areas like, ‘s Heerenberg DocksNLD , Park 15 Nijmegen, 7Poort Zevenaar where there are no plots like ours and is limited space left, it’s a perfect spot for expansion as well!

We will start contacting the list of interested companies who we have gathered in the last period and this will be the official start of acquisition. At this moment we are already in the process in wrapping up the first LOI's with the first candidates.
